Real-time RTP Call Quality Monitoring Using Waveform Analysis

pvqa-server-architecture

Hi,

We are pleased to announce availability of an intelligent solution for service providers to manage voice and audio quality based on waveform analysis of audio signals.

Quality remains the main and the most influential service attribute despite of mobile Internet booming. You don’t need to purchase a yet another system or solution, but can easily integrate Sevana real-time RTP monitoring server into existing one and immediately start:

– saving in OPEX (no need to pay more to partners for questionable quality)

– saving in CAPEX (no need to invest more than required) or justify CAPEX (receive arguments that investment is needed)

– prevent revenue loss by decreasing customer churn over unfair quality (revenue retention)

– analyze QoE issues of ongoing calls without call recording (upon customer complain), or prevent customer complains by continous monitoring and proactive maintenance

The monitoring server is made to integrate RTP call quality monitoring easy and is based on Sevana waveform analysis technology and networks statistics heuristics. The system supports RTP, RTCP, RTCP-XR, SRTP, IuUP embedded in RTP and is capable of working with various wideband and narrowband codecs, e.g.

G.711 / GSM 06.10 / G.722

AMR NB/WB

iLBC/ OPUS

There are various ways to integrate the server into existing solution. Please contact us for details and demonstration.
